New Sentry360 Security System

Hello Residents!

Geist Patrol has launched a new residential services security system named Sentry360. If your email and home address is in our old system, we will automatically migrate your information to our new system. If you’ve never used the Geist Patrol system, you will need to register for a new account.

To login to our new system (Sentry360), using your web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.), go to https://residents.sentry360-security.com

If you registered with the old system, simply click the “Forgot password?” link, enter your email address, and you’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password. After your password is reset, you can login and begin using our online services.

If you’re a new user, to register, simply click the “Sign Up” link, enter your information, and you’ll receive information for logging in. Please note, all new registrations must be reviewed by an officer before it is approved. Once approved, you’ll have access to all of our services. Please allow up to 12 hours for review and approval, although, most registrations are approved within an hour or two.

We have many exciting new capabilities in Sentry360 such as Neighborhood Alerts, See Something/Say Something, and more. A Neighborhood Alert is a message sent from us to residents within a community, alerting on incidents and other events. See Something/Say Something provides a means for residents to submit video, images, and other content about suspicious or other activities that may require investigation. We also improved our Home Check requests form and process. You can add information such as household members, vehicle information, emergency contacts, and more that make Home Checks more effective and informed.
